Grilled Salmon Fillets

  • Salmon (1-1/2 pounds boneless salmon fillets)
  • Gramp’s Rub It In
  • Olive oil
  • 1 small lemon (1 tbsp. lemon juice)

Cut the salmon to a few fillets. Rub all sides of the fillets with Gramp’s Rub It In.

Heat up the olive oil on a big non-stick pan. Add fillets and grill 10 minutes on one side. Turn the fillets and grill for 6-8 minutes more. The cooking time depends on the thickness of the fish.

Our tip: On the cooked salmon put a few drops of lemon and serve. We like it with broccoli and jasmine rice.

                              Enjoy!

  Gramp’s scrambled eggs (Serves 1)

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1tbsp. milk
  • olive oil or butter for frying (it tastes better with butter)
  • 1 small chopped shallot
  • Rub It In to taste

In a small bowl beat the eggs with Gramps rub.

In a small non-stick pan heat up olive oil or butter to coat the bottom of the pan. Add chopped shallot. Stirring occasionally, cook until the shallot is tender. Add eggs over the shallot and stir every few seconds to scramble the eggs.

Serve over toasted bread.
